1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Landed(the “Service”), operated by Mykish Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Landed is a job-search workspace that helps candidates track applications, analyse job descriptions, score CV matches, generate tailored CVs and cover letters, and prepare for interviews. The Service uses AI (via the Anthropic API) to process your data.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
  • You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Your content

  • You retain ownership of all content you upload (CVs, job descriptions, notes).
  • By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.
  • Generated content (tailored CVs, cover letters, coaching responses) is produced for your personal use in job applications.

5. AI-generated content

  • Content generated by the Service is based on your real data and should be reviewed before use.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
  • The Service will never fabricate skills, experience, or credentials you have not provided — but you are responsible for verifying all generated content before submitting it to employers.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading application materials.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas.
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service without permission.
  • Upload content that infringes on the rights of others.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Mykish Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to outcomes of job applications.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
