Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Landedis operated by Mykish Pty Ltd (ABN pending), based in Australia. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Mykish Pty Ltd.

2. What data we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, and password (hashed).
  • CV data: the file you upload, plus the structured data extracted from it (skills, work history, education, contact details).
  • Job data: job titles, companies, and job descriptions you add to your board.
  • Generated content: tailored CVs, cover letters, match analyses, and coaching conversations produced by the platform.
  • Usage data: anonymous aggregate counters (message counts, feature usage) — no individual tracking beyond what is needed for rate limiting.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide the Landed service: scoring, tailoring, coaching, and cover letter generation.
  • CV content and job descriptions are sent to the Anthropic API for AI processing. Anthropic does not use this data for training. See Anthropic’s privacy policy.
  • When you join our waitlist, your email address is sent to Odoo (our CRM provider) to manage communications. Odoo may process and store this data on servers located outside Australia. See Odoo’s privacy policy.
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data retention

  • Your data is retained for as long as your account is active.
  • Coaching conversations are session-only and are not stored after you close the page.
  • You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us.

5. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

6. Overseas disclosure

Some of your personal information may be disclosed to service providers located outside Australia. In particular:

  • Anthropic (United States) — processes CV and job description content for AI features.
  • Odoo S.A. (Belgium / cloud infrastructure) — stores waitlist email addresses for CRM and communications.
  • Supabase (Sydney region, with infrastructure services in the US) — hosts the application database and authentication.

We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle your data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. By using Landed, you consent to this overseas disclosure.

7. Data security

We use Row-Level Security, encrypted connections (TLS), and access controls to protect your data. CV files are stored in private storage buckets accessible only to you and the platform’s processing systems.
